Shipping & Policy Information
- Orders typically ship about 5 business days from the time you have placed the order. HOWEVER, when I am extremely busy with an abundance of orders, it could take a lot longer!! Just please feel free to shoot me a message and I can tell you where I am at with your order. I am a 1 woman shop doing all parts of it on my own :) I am also a mom of 3 wonderful littles and wife to an awesome man. So I appreciate your patience and understanding. Business hours are 9am - 5pm. These may change depending on volume of orders received. Stay up to date on our IG stories. If your order is placed during closed hours, your order processing day starts the next business day.
We do not combine orders or refund shipping for any reason. I am unable to combine shipping for multiple orders with a very limited team, ie. just me!
POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS: There are many postal service delays right now that I have no control over. Packages are shipping out on time but might be delayed in transit due to high mail volume with carriers.
-If you choose the wrong shipping for your order Ie. "Happy Pack" shipping option when NOT purchasing a Happy Package your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded, with a fee deducted. We are charged for all cancellations. There is a $5 cancellation fee to cover the charges we incur. Please ensure you are choosing the correct shipping, as this policy is non-negotiable.
-PLEASE, please DO NOT choose Cookie DIY kit for anything other than COOKIES, unless previously coordinated with me. - I currently ship internationally, to Canada, with tracking!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (excluding Canada): Please contact me using the Contact form and let me know what you would like to purchase along with shipping information: Name, Shipping Address & Email, if you have an IG handle you can include that too! I will then send you an invoice.
Please note: we are not responsible for any loss or delay of packages, once they leave our office you assume all responsibility. Some international packages have taken anywhere from 10-45 days. We cannot replace your package, thank you for understanding.
-Packages are shipped via USPS (United States Post Office).
-Once your items have been shipped, as the buyer you assume all responsibility and liability. Happy Sweets and Treats is not responsible for any loss or delay in shipping.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges:
-All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any items purchased for health and safety reasons. We do not cancel orders on your request, nor do we combine shipping for multiple orders. If you have placed an order and it must be cancelled due to a mistake on your end, a cancellation fee will be charged, starting at $6.00.
